FerryPaws collects and processes the minimum personal data necessary to provide the availability-alert service.

Data we collect

• Email address (for authentication and notifications)
• Name (optional, for personalisation)
• Route watch preferences
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details)

How we use it

Your data is used to send availability alerts, manage your account, and process subscription payments. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery).

Data retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through Settings.
