FerryPaws is an independent availability-alert service. By using this service you agree to the following terms.

Service

FerryPaws monitors ferry-operator websites and APIs for dog-friendly cabin availability. We notify you when availability is detected. We do not guarantee accuracy — availability may change between detection and your booking attempt.

Subscription

Route watches and email notifications require a paid subscription at £4.99 per month, billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time through your account settings — no need to contact us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.

Cooling-off period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing for a full refund. To exercise this right, contact us at support@ferrypaws.com. If you have used the service during the cooling-off period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service provided.

Bookings

All bookings are made directly with the ferry operator. FerryPaws is not a booking agent and is not responsible for the booking process, pricing, or any disputes with operators.

Liability

FerryPaws is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for missed availability, incorrect data, or any losses arising from use of the service.
